Lost Cloud Farm cares about the privacy of our Campers. The Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and when and with whom we share it. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect about you when you access or use our website, mobile application, or other online or mobile service collectively. It also applies to personal data we collect about you offline, such as when you contact us by phone or communicate with us in person. Undefined capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the associated Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Platform or otherwise providing us with your personal data, you acknowledge the applicability of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Platform or provide us with your personal data.

Your communications with us or other Campers and users through the Platform, such as through support chats or user-to-user messaging. This also includes your in-person communications with us with protection of family and relative information shared for registration. Your authorizations for us to access other information, such as photos and contacts. We also include your contact information such as your name, home address, telephone number, email address, and/or username and password. If you book with us we do not share this information with call-in’s looking for your party to contribute

We may engage service providers to collect payment information, e.g. when you book a site on either platform. we may collect personal characteristics from you, such as your age, date of birth, gender, interests, and the number of persons in your family, including children. We may collect information about your employment or business, such as a business address, business phone, and/or email address if desired for partnership or booking interests. Any information you share could be used to collect. You may share or otherwise direct us to collect certain information, such as personal contacts, photographs, or video. you are not required to provide us with such information, but certain features may not be accessible or available and absent pending provision of the requested information.

We may collect information about you or others through our affiliates or through non-affiliated third parties to the extent permitted by law. we may at our discretion, ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about your credit from a credit bureau, information to verify your identity, or information for other fraud or safety protection purposes. We may combine information that we collect from you through the Platform with information that we obtain from such third parties and information derived from other products or Platform we provide.

We may collect and analyze information including but not limited to browsers of any type; ISP or operating system; domain names; access timeline; as well as referring or exit pages; we also include page views; IP addresses and other unique device identifiers We and third party partners may also track when and how frequently you access or use the Platform, including how you engage with or navigate our website or mobile application. We use this information as well as the information collected by our third-party service providers for analytics to determine which portions of the Platform are used most frequently and what our users like/do not like, to assist in determining relevant advertising to evaluate the success of our advertising and advertiser campaigns as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

You have certain rights and choices with respect to your information such as profile Information such as updating your profile information by accessing your account. You can unsubscribe from emails by following the directions in those emails. Or reaching out to our team and / or our partners, but please note that if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you administrative emails regarding the our site or each site still subscribed including notices for updates to our or Partners Terms of Service or Privacy Policies, communications and updates related to any listings of camping site that may be made available or express interest in booking.

Certain information may be exempt from requests in some circumstances, which may include to continue processing your information for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation. Our site and services are not designed for minors under 18. Only persons 18 years of age or older may use this site and service. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will close the account and delete the personal information to the extent required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
